- 1 Walnut kernel
- 1 Walnut kernels are boiled in excess of water to remove the bitter and astringent taste on the skin. They are quickly stirred with cold water to ensure the taste.
- 2 Put the walnuts on a larger plate and spread them flat. Sprinkle with sugar, honey and butter. It takes about 8 minutes to bake in the microwave oven.
- 3 Stir every two minutes, then every other minute, let the walnuts fully coated with sugar.
- 4 Finally sprinkle roasted sesame seeds and bake in microwave oven for one minute.
- 5 Cool, plate!
