Aromatic taro ribs

Food Material List

  • 1 Pork ribs Five hundred
  • 2 Taro Two hundred

Operational steps

  • 1 Rinse spareribs, fire with water and salt to remove blood, and rinse with cold water.
  • 2 Wash the taro and cut it into pieces, then fry until cooked.
  • 3 Stir-fry the prepared ginger, shredded garlic and rice in oil, add proper amount of water and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 4 To collect the juice, add the fried taro strips, stir-fry, add soy sauce, and finally add the scallions to start the pot.
