- 1 Prepare materials. The asparagus is scraped off the old skin of the root, cut into oblique sections, scalded in boiling water and ripened in 89. Remove the asparagus and drain it for later use. Cut green and red pepper into slices. Cut onions into slices. Press garlic into garlic paste. Shrimp cut off its head. (Dont throw the shrimp head away, fry it in oil until its crisp.
