- 1 Bacon 50g
- 2 Cauliflower Half
- 1 Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small pieces. Cut bacon into strips.
- 2 Heat the pan and put it directly into the bacon. Stir-fry slightly and pour in the cauliflower.
- 3 Add some water and simmer for five minutes. Add cooking wine.
- 4 When the water is about to boil, stir-fry with salt. Fill the plate.
Bacon contains more oil. This dish can be healthier without oil.
