- 1 Old tofu 150g
- 2 Cabbage 250g
- 3 Bamboo shoot tips 10g
- 4 Clams 20g
- 1 Wash and slice tofu and rinse the beany smell with boiling water
- 2 Cutting segment of shoot tip
- 3 Chopped garlic cloves
- 4 Bubbled clam meat for use
- 5 Fry the old tofu in hot pot and cold oil until golden brown and serve.
- 6 Stir-fry the remaining oil in the pan until the cabbage is out of water. Pour in the bamboo shoot tip and clam and pour in a small bowl of water.
- 7 After boiling water, add tofu and add oyster oil and salt. Cook over high heat until the water is dried and serve.
