Black Rice and Red Bean Zongzi

Food Material List

  • 1 Black rice
  • 2 Glutinous rice
  • 3 Cooked red beans

Operational steps

  • 1 Black rice and glutinous rice soaked overnight respectively
  • 2 Zongye and Malian lotus are boiled for five minutes. Remove and rinse.
  • 3 Zongye funnel-shaped, first put some black rice, then glutinous rice, and finally put red beans.
  • 4 Pack and bind Malian lotus; cook in a pot for one hour and simmer for one hour.
