Food Material List
- 1 Leatheroid walnut 3
- 2 Yogurt 250ml
- 1 Prepared walnuts; PS: Breakfast does not need so many walnuts, I bake more at a time, tomorrow will not need to rely on.
- 2 Put walnuts in a baking pan.
- 3 Preheat the oven at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
- 4 Peel roasted walnuts;
- 5 Prepare yogurt;
- 6 Pour in a cup of yogurt.
- 7 Sunning walnut kernels on yogurt;
- 8 Breakfast with brain tonic is ready. Ice yogurt and crisp walnuts.
