Food Material List

  • 1 Crab meal
  • 2 Silken Tofu
  • 3 Shredded onion and ginger
  • 4 Water starch

Operational steps

  • 1 Steam the female hairy crab and chop the meat and yellow crab into crab powder.
  • 2 Cut tofu into small cubes about 1.5 centimeters.
  • 3 Boil the pot with clear water, add a spoonful of salt, turn off the fire, put the tofu slightly hot, then remove it, and cool it in supercooled water.
  • 4 Heat oil in the pan and saute onion and ginger.
  • 5 Stir-fry the crab powder, remove the fishy smell from cooking wine and add appropriate amount of broth (no broth can be replaced by clear water);
  • 6 After boiling slightly until crab powder tastes, simmer tofu over low heat for 3 minutes.
  • 7 Season with salt and chicken essence, then add starch into the water.
