- 1 Chicken wings
- 1 Wash chicken wings and cut them into pieces. Marinate them with chicken meal, wine and pepper. Peel and cut potatoes into diamond-shaped pieces.
- 2 Deep-fry chicken-wing potatoes in 50% hot oil pan until golden brown.
- 3 Stir-fry ginger, garlic, dried chilli, pepper and pepper in a pan, add seasoning and color to fried chicken wings, potatoes, simmer over a small fire, then add red pepper, chilli oil and sesame oil to garlic.
