Braised noodles with carrots and mushrooms

Beans, chicken, ribs, mushrooms and so on can be added, according to their preferences with food and seasonings.

Food Material List

  • 1 Sichuan Pepper
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 3 Carrot
  • 4 noodle
  • 5 Star anise
  • 6 Garlic powder
  • 7 Green pepper
  • 8 Potato
  • 9 Mushroom
  • 10 salt
  • 11 Teriyaki sauce

Operational steps

  • 1 Carrot and potato slices, mushroom slices, green pepper slices
  • 2 Pour oil in the pan, stir-fry pepper and anise, then remove, stir-fry garlic, add carrots, potatoes and mushrooms, add soybean sauce, stir-fry, add soy sauce color, continue stirring, stir-fry until broken, add water.
  • 3 Dont use too much water. Bring it to a boil and simmer slowly over medium heat until the water is even or slightly lower than the dish. Spread noodles evenly over the dish, cover the pan and simmer slowly over low heat for about 10 minutes. If there is more water, it can be stewed a little longer. When out of the pot, use chopsticks to peel the noodles, then mix with the vegetables, add salt and season properly, and sprinkle green chili shredded and mix well.
