This is called raw shrimp, but it cant be shown on this Kao bean. I can only write it as raw braised shrimp. The prawns are so delicious. The whole family loves to say.
Food Material List
- 1 Prawns 500g
- 1 Remove the legs, whiskers and head of prawns. Remove the intestinal mud from the back and rinse with water.
- 2 Cook the pan over the fire and heat it with oil. Stir-fry scallion and ginger slices until fragrant. Stir-fry prawns over medium heat.
- 3 Wait for shrimp shell to change color and pour in cooking wine. Add broth, sugar, salt and vinegar. Cover and simmer over low heat for 7 or 8 minutes until shrimp is cooked and tastes good. Open the lid and use the fire to collect the juice.
Soup can be replaced by water if it is not available. When purchasing shrimp, we should select shrimp with intact body, strong head and tight meat.
