Operational steps

  • 1 Bubbled agaric, broccoli, ham sausage, garlic.

  • 2 Boil a pot of water, add a few drops of cooking oil and a spoonful of salt after boiling. First, pour the agaric into the water and boil it for 1 minute. Then pour the broccoli into the water and blanch it for a while, then drain it with the agaric.

1. When blanching green vegetables, adding a few drops of oil in the water can keep the vegetables green and yellow.
2. Broccoli is easier to cook than agaric, so agaric is hot enough to go down to broccoli. Broccoli can be picked up after boiling water is stirred for two times to prevent it from burning too soft and may also cause nutrient loss.
