Buttermilk Waffle

Food Material List

  • 1 salt 14 spoons, about 1.25g
  • 2 sugar 1 tablespoon, about 15g
  • 3 Soda ash 34 scoops, about 3.75g
  • 4 Buttermilk 34 cups, about 180 ml
  • 5 Egg 1
  • 6 butter 2 tablespoons, about 30g
  • 7 Vanilla essence 14 spoons, about 1.25 ml
  • 8 plain flour 1 cup, about 130g

Operational steps

  • 1 Preheat waffles.
  • 2 In an oil-free, water-free, clean bowl, whisk the protein until it reaches the sharp corners.
  • 3 Mix flour, salt, sugar and soda. Add egg yolk, butter, vanilla extract and melted butter. Stir to make it mixed evenly.
  • 4 Add whipped protein twice and stir gently. Dont overmix.
  • 5 Pour some batter into the preheated waffle pan and bake until golden according to instructions.
  • 6 Eat while its hot. It can be eaten with syrup, honey, butter, fruit or ice cream.

Tips

Buttermilk substitution method:

1 cup, 240ml
br>ingredients:
1 cup of whole milk, 240ml
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and 15 ml
br>method:
1.Add 1 tablespoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice (about half lemon)
2.Add enough full-fat milk to make the liquid surface of the cup reach 1 cup scale. Stirring for 5 minutes
