Food Material List

  • 1 butter 75g
  • 2 Berry sugar Fifty
  • 3 Yolk 2
  • 4 Low powder 100g
  • 5 Baking powder 3G
  • 6 milk 40g

Operational steps

  • 1 Softening butter at room temperature and whitening with fine sugar
  • 2 Add egg yolk twice and whiten it by electric whitening
  • 3 Sift in low-grade baking powder, add milk, add a few drops of rum, stir evenly, into the mould, 175 degrees 25 minutes.


If milk is sweet, sugar can be reduced appropriately
