The barbecue mode is really open in summer. Every time I pass the street, I can see the red fried yoghurt, surrounded by the crowd. Who doesnt love the cool and delicious food in summer?
Food Material List
- 1 Yogurt 250ml
- 2 Dragon fruit, mango, kiwifruit, Blueberry Appropriate amount
- 1 Material preparation: pitaya, mango, kiwifruit, blueberry, yogurt 250ml, a little raisins, sunflower seeds (according to taste preferences add different juices, jams, fruits, or add raisins, nuts and so on, in a word, play together freely).
- 2 Cut the mango in half, cross it with a fruit knife, and turn it over for meat.
- 3 In the same way, cut the pitaya fruit for meat.
- 4 Peel the kiwi fruit and cut it into granules. Prepare the fruit as shown in the figure (you can mix it with whatever you like).
- 5 Prepare the oven tray, lay a layer of grease paper (or other suitable moulds) and pour 250ML yogurt into it. Shake the tray and let the yogurt spread.
- 6 Sprinkle mango dice and kiwifruit.
- 7 Sprinkle blueberries and pitaya nuts.
- 8 Start putting nuts (sunflower seeds, pistachios, birch nuts, almonds, etc.).
- 9 Put a little raisins on.
- 10 Cover the top layer with a fresh-keeping film. Place the baking tray in the freezer layer and take it out after 4 hours of freezing.
- 11 Cut into small pieces and serve on a plate.
