Canned sweet and sour apricots

Its another years bumper harvest. Our apricots can be eaten, but they are not sold. Its a pity if the extra apricots are damaged. So I can make them into cans and put them in the refrigerator. If I want to eat, I can have a few pieces. Its a great thing to have some iced apricots in the hot summer.
