- 1 Carrot
- 2 green pepper
- 3 Potato

- 2 Pot oil, garlic chips and red pepper fragrance, put some salt, prevent oil splashing.
- 3 Put in shredded potatoes. If the cut is not fine enough and afraid of not ripening, fry for a while and then put a small amount of water along the edge of the pot. Cover the pan for a minute or two.
- 4 Add carrots and stir-fry. About three minutes. Add green pepper and stir-fry for about three minutes, then you can get out of the pot.
