- 1 Three yellow chicken 500g
- 2 Carrot 300g
- 1 Stir-fry garlic, chili pepper and anise in a hot oil pan.
- 2 Stir-fry chicken cubes together
- 3 Add carrot cubes and stir-fry until chicken cubes are golden.
- 4 Add Puer ripe tea soup and sauce and stew until soup is collected.
- 5 Put mint on the peppermint leaves when you start the pan.
Puer ripe tea soup must be good tea with no odor for more than three years
