Operational steps

  • 1 Cut the meat into shreds, cut ginger and garlic into fines, cut celery into segments, wash agaric and cut red pepper into shreds.
  • 2 Marinate the shredded meat with soy sauce, vinegar and bean paste.
  • 3 Heat the oil in the pan until 80% hot. Pour in the cured shredded pork and fry it quickly. Turn the meat white and pour in celery, red pepper, agaric fungus.
