Chaozhou Olive Vegetable

Since the production of olive vegetable, has been loved by people in Chaoshan area. Later, because of the problem of materials, now we are afraid to eat, or made by ourselves. The materials are real, the materials used well, and it is more reassuring to eat.

Food Material List

  • 1 olive 1000g
  • 2 Plum vegetable core 3 bags (500g bags)
  • 3 Peanut oil 1L
  • 4 soy sauce 400ml
  • 5 White granulated sugar 250g
  • 6 salt 100g
  • 7 chicken powder Few

Operational steps

  • 1 Drink the olives in boiling water until they are cold and sliced.

  • 2 Remove the plum cabbage core and wash it clean. It contains sand. Wash it several times more. Divide the vegetable core into bone and leaf parts, then cut into small segments, about 1.5-2 cm. Because the leaves are easy to cook, they are boiled separately so that they wont rot too much.

  • 3 Cook the olive and vegetable bones in a pressure cooker. Add water without any material. Turn off the fire 15-20 minutes after pressing. Pour out the water after cooling.

  • 4 Vegetable leaves are also boiled in a high-pressure cooker without any material. Turn off the heat 8 minutes after pressing. Pour out the water after cooling.

  • 5 After the hot tripod, put down the oil. After the oil is heated, put down the olive and vegetable bones. Add salt, soy sauce and sugar. Cook over slow heat for about 40 minutes (as shown in the figure), then put down the vegetable leaves.

  • 6 After adding the vegetable leaves, continue to cook slowly. Now we should pay attention to stir-frying, so as not to stick to the pot. Cook for about 40 minutes, add a little chicken flour, and then stir-fry over high heat until it stops.

  • 7 Keep cool before bottling.
