Cheese shrimp balls

Food Material List

  • 1 Shrimp 500g
  • 2 Raw meal
  • 3 Cooking wine 1 tablespoon
  • 4 Egg 2 only
  • 5 salt 1 scoops
  • 6 Pepper 1 scoops
  • 7 breadcrumbs

Operational steps

  • 1 Peel fresh shrimp, remove shrimp head and wash

  • 4 Add 1 spoon of salt to shrimp mud in a basin

  • 5 Add 1 spoonful of pepper

  • 6 1 tbsp cooking wine

  • 7 Egg juice 1 tbsp

  • 8 3 tbsps of raw meal

  • 9 Mix well and reserve

  • 10 In a bowl, separate flour; egg juice; bread crumb.

  • 11 Take a little shrimp puree and wrap it with cheese. Put it in a bowl of raw meal and wrap it in egg juice. Then dip it in egg juice. Finally wrap it with bread chaff and put it in a baking pan. Put the tail of shrimp on the shrimp ball to decorate it. (The process of wrapping is not photographed.)

  • 12 Put it in the preheated oven and bake shrimp balls at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until they are colored.
