- 1 Zhongjing spicy oil
- 2 Zhongjing Zanthoxylum bungeanum oil
- 3 chicken 1 only
- 1 Wash the chicken and cook it in a pot with scallion and ginger.
- 2 Remove the cooked chicken, cool water, and tear into filaments according to the texture of the chicken.
- 3 Stir in shredded green and red pepper, coriander and ripe sesame.
- 4 Add pepper oil, spicy oil, raw soy sauce and salt to season; (I used Zhongjing brand, since the first time I used it as a cold powder, I cant leave it any longer.)
- 5 Its perfect for serving with rice or porridge.
