- 2 green pepper 3
- 1 Boiled eggs in white water, cooked thoroughly.
- 2 Boiled eggs with chilli slices or shredded; garlic slices, set aside.
- 3 Stir-fry hot pepper oil in a hot pan. Remove and set aside.
- 4 Boiled, peeled and sliced eggs (available in egg slicer, Taobao or IKEA)
- 5 Hot pot with less oil, 70% hot oil, medium heat, fry eggs in pan, turn over on both sides. To golden.
- 6 Stir-fry the cooked chili peppers together with the eggs in the pot, add salt and monosodium glutamate, and set the pot to serve. (Note that garlic cloves are put in different steps according to personal taste, fried with chili pepper, garlic flavor is heavier, and garlic cloves taste lighter after fried egg slices.)
