- 1 Chocolate sponge cake One
- 2 Unsalted butter 300g
- 3 Chocolates 25g
- 4 Strawberry Appropriate amount
Operational steps
- 1 Make chocolate sponge cake in advance and divide it into three pieces with a knife
- 2 Wash the strawberries, remove the stalks and cut them into small pieces. Leave some complete decoration
- 3 Place the first piece of cake and brush it with liquor and sugar.
- 4 Melt the chocolate in water. Whisk the light butter with 30g until the sugar melts. Add the melted chocolate and beat it to a textured state. Spread some chocolate cream.
