Clam Luffa soup

Food Material List

  • 1 Clams 300g
  • 2 Towel gourd One
  • 3 Tomatoes One

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash clams and slice luffa.
  • 2 Cross the tomatoes on the back and boil them in water for easy peeling, then slice them for later use.
  • 3 Stir-fry ginger slices and clams in a hot oil pan for a while, then add luffa and stir-fry until 8 minutes, then pour boiling water.
  • 4 Add salt and chicken essence after boiling water. Sprinkle green onions on the plate. (You can also add wine, vinegar, etc. according to your own taste)
