Operational steps

  • 1 The purchased tofu is cut into 2 cm thick slices and steamed in a pan.
  • 2 Steam for 10 minutes.
  • 3 Take out the steamed tofu and cool it. Sprinkle salt on it. After half a day of pickling, it can be cut into small pieces and mixed with vinegar and sesame oil.
