- 1 Peel and slice lotus root, put it in water (to prevent oxidative discoloration of lotus root)
- 2 Sit in the pot, boil the lotus root, stir-fry it and cool it in the cool water.
- 3 Remove the lotus root, drain the water, put salt, white vinegar, green and red pepper, garlic puree, ginger powder, MSG mix well. Sprinkle some fragrant oil on the plate.
