Food Material List

  • 1 Sea rice 10g
  • 2 Mustard tuber 20g
  • 3 Lactone tofu 1 boxes
  • 4 Soy sauce
  • 5 Sesame oil
  • 6 Oyster sauce
  • 7 Granulated sugar
  • 8 garlic
  • 9 Broken coriander
  • 10 Salad oil

Operational steps

  • 1 Soak the rice and mustard in cold water for 10 minutes, then remove and wash them and cut them into small pieces. Leave the water for later use. Chop garlic into mud and chop coriander
  • 2 In the frying pan, add the fragrant oil, the salad oil to heat, add the garlic paste, the crushed mustard, the fried rice until fragrant, mix in the sauce, oyster oil, sugar, and pour in the water soaked in the rice for about 2 minutes, then let it cool.
  • 3 Prepare a knife, carefully cut the tofu box with the knife, turn the tofu upside down on the long plate, pour the fried sauce on the tofu and sprinkle the chopped coriander on it.
