Congee with Minced Pork and Preserved Egg

Food Material List

  • 1 rice According to the usual amount of cooking
  • 2 Preserved egg One to two
  • 3 lean meat 20g
  • 4 Mushrooms Three big ones and five small ones
  • 5 Dried scallop 5 pieces
  • 6 Dried radish A tablespoon

Operational steps

  • 1 First, cook lean meat, dried radish, mushrooms and scallops in a pot.
  • 2 Put the ripe eggs in
  • 3 When cooked, serve in a bowl and add onions according to your taste.
  • 4 Anything that doesnt put salt will be salty.
