- 1 Dry Auricularia auricula 50g
- 2 Dried cauliflower 10g
- 1 Dried cauliflower and Auricularia auricula are soaked in hot water, washed and shredded, and drained. Sit in a pot and put in boiling water. After boiling, put in agaric and cauliflower and boil for 2 minutes. Drain the water. (Conditionally, it can be put in ice water with ice, so that agaric will be crisper.) If not, it will be cooled.
