- 1 Corn is cut into small segments, lotus root is cut into pieces, ginger is cut into slices, onion is cut off.
- 2 Place spareribs in a pot, add water to boil, boil bleeding foul foam, remove and clean.
- 3 Place pork ribs, ginger and scallions in a casserole with clear water. Drop in a little cooking wine. After boiling, turn to a small oven for about 30 minutes. Then put corn and lotus root in a casserole for one hour.
