I always wanted to try curry baked rice at home. So this vacation was tested at home, super delicious.
Food Material List
- 1 Rice (overnight rice is better) (4-6 person meals)
- 2 Curry 50g
- 3 Crab flavor mushroom Appropriate amount
- 4 Fengtail mushroom (you can use only one kind of mushroom) Appropriate amount
- 5 butter 60-80g
- 6 Unsalted butter 50g
- 7 milk 200ML
- 8 coconut milk 60g
- 9 Masurilla cheese Appropriate amount
- 10 salt Appropriate amount
- 1 Step 1: Wash and cut the mushrooms, stir-fry them in butter and season them with salt.
- 2 Step 2: Stir in milk.
- 3 Step 3: Add curry and stir well.
- 4 Step 4: Add light cream and mix well.
- 5 Step 5: Add coconut milk and mix well.
- 6 Step 6: Put the rice in the pot and stir it evenly.
- 7 Step 7: Put the fried rice in a baking bowl wrapped in tinfoil.
- 8 Step 8: Fill up two bowls.
- 9 Step 9: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the rice.
- 10 Step 10: Set the oven to 200 degrees, preheat for 10 minutes, then put the bowl in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
