Operational steps

  • 1 Wash Angelica sinensis, jujube, Codonopsis pilosula, Astragalus membranaceus and put them in container, soak them in water for about one hour.
  • 2 Remove the medicinal materials from the immersed water and put them in a soup pot (fish bag). Tighten the mouth of the bag and continue to immerse.
  • 3 Wash the beef (half the beef tendon and half the beef brisket) and put it in a pressure cooker with cold water to boil and skim off the foam.
