Operational steps

  • 1 Purchase peas and wash them clean and dry water for later use.
  • 2 Wash the old bacon and cut it into small dices.
  • 3 Pour the oil mixture into the pot and stir-fry the peas and rice after the oil is heated.
  • 4 Add some clear water or soup to the pot. Turn off the small fire cover after boiling and simmer for a while until the pot is dry.
  • 5 At this time, pour in the bacon and peas, stir-fry for 5 minutes, then add chicken powder and sugar in turn, stir-fry well and then serve on a plate.


Warm Tip:
On the way, cucumber, tomato, chili pepper and other vegetables can be added to synthesize the salty taste of bacon, because bacon is inherently salty. Therefore, do not put salt and soy sauce when frying to avoid affecting the color and taste. White sugar is my own attention, in order to refresh and desalinate the salty taste of bacon. You dont like sugar. You can also stir-fry diced bacon after water. Peas and rice are not easy to cook, so the boiling process must not be omitted. Although peas are delicious, they are not easy to digest. Children and the elderly should eat less. Friends who have to work at their desks after meals should also eat less so as not to accumulate excess fat.
