Its exactly the same as Dongpo meat. You can replace pork with pork hooves.

- 1 Trotter 500g
- 1 Cook the pigs hands in cold water for 5 minutes. Remove and cool.
- 2 Shallot and ginger slices are placed on the bottom of the casserole. The skin is facing down the meat. The meat is covered with raw, old, salt, rice wine and water.
- 3 Bring to a boil, simmer for 2 hours, add ice sugar and simmer for another half hour.
- 4 Steam in a stew for half an hour.
