Food Material List

  • 1 Diced pork with various flowers 200g

Operational steps

  • 1 The dried plum vegetables are washed and foamed with warm water. The dried radish is diced. The sharp red pepper and the Hangzhou pepper are diced. The onion, ginger and garlic are diced.
  • 2 Hot oil in the pot, 30% hot, scallion, ginger and garlic roasting pot, then put the diced meat into the medium heat until dry yellow.
  • 3 Pour the cooking wine into the diced meat, add a little soy sauce, stir-fry and color.
  • 4 Add foamed dried plum vegetables, add sugar, less than half of the water, boil, cover, simmer for about 30 minutes until the soup is completely dried.

  • 7 Add green and red peppers, stir-fry over high heat until they are broken.

Tips

1. I bought dried radish in the supermarket, Xiaoshan, Zhejiang.

2. Plum-dried vegetables are also sold in supermarkets. If not, other types of pickles can be used instead.

3. Dry aroma is the key to this dish. Therefore, in the second, fourth, fifth and sixth steps, we should pay attention to the drying of materials.
