- 1 Dried white tofu
- 2 tomato
- 3 Green pepper
- 1 White tofu was dried and cut into thin slices of tomatoes and green peppers.
- 2 Stir-fry ginger shredded in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Stir-fry with green pepper and a little water. Add tomatoes, salt and mushroom essence to taste and serve.
