Dry-Fried Green Beans with Minced Pork and Preserved Vegetables

  • 2 Meat stuffing

Operational steps

  • 1 Remove gluten from beans, wash and drain water. Cut scallions and ginger into fines.
  • 2 Put the frying pan on the fire, add oil (slightly more than usual) and stir-fry beans. When the water in the beans comes out, it wrinkles and has dark spots on it. Flourish.
