- 1 Wash the crabs at three oclock and pull out their shells. Cut block
- 2 Shallot. Ginger. Garlic. Cut the peppers in reserve
- 3 Mix the crab with rice wine, flour and salt. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- 4 The pan is hot to oil. Put the crab down and fry it.
