- 2 Condensed milk Appropriate amount
- 3 High gluten powder 80g
- 4 Low gluten powder 15g
- 5 water 50ml
- 6 yeast 1g
- 7 salt 2G
- 8 sugar 6g
- 9 butter 10g
- 10 Masurilla cheese Appropriate amount
Operational steps
- 1 Prepare the ingredients and mix all the ingredients except butter. Water can be used up.
- 2 Mix flour into flocculent form and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- 3 Add remaining water and knead until smooth. Stir in butter until hands are not touched. Cover the dough with a wet towel or gauze and let it ferment in a warm place (about 50 minutes).
- 4 The dough doubles and wont bounce back when pressed.
- 5 Oil the pizza mould. Punch the dough in good shape
- 6 Scrape durian meat with a spoon and add condensed milk according to your taste.
- 7 Spread the durian meat into the pizza.
- 8 Add a moderate amount of Masurilla.
- 9 Preheat oven 190 degrees. Bake in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes.
