Food Material List

  • 1 Snow pea 50g
  • 2 Potato 400g

Operational steps

  • 1 Pour vinegar into a large bowl, add xylitol and salt, and mix well.
  • 2 Peel and shred potatoes. Cook them in boiling water until the surface is transparent. Remove and drain the water. Dutch beans are shredded head and tail, cut into very fine segments, scalded until cooked, drained and poured into shredded potatoes.
  • 3 Mix the mixed seasoning sauce into the shredded potatoes and cover to make the vinegar sauce fully flavored.
