- 1 Egg 4 only
- 2 Shrimp sauce 20g
- 3 Beans 300g
- 4 Shallot Few
- 1 Shrimp sauce and eggs beaten together.
- 2 Shredded beans for spare use
- 3 Simmer the shredded beans with oil and set aside.
- 4 Stir-fry scallions, shrimp sauce and egg liquid in a pan with oil. Pour in shrimp sauce, stir and serve.
- 5 Shrimp sauce is very salty. Egg juice must be broken. Mix rice, add steamed bread are very fragrant.
