- 1 Whip egg juice and yolk into sugar three times and whisk until the volume expands to a lighter color. The egg juice becomes viscous and can stay slightly on the beater.
- 2 Sieve starch milk powder and add scraper into egg juice. Cut and mix evenly to avoid defoaming of egg juice.
- 3 Scissors in mounted bags are squeezed into a baking pan with tin or oil paper in place. If the tip is squeezed, it can be smoothed by hand with a little water.
- 4 Preheat oven at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes
