  • 1 Yolk 2
  • 2 milk 85g
  • 3 Unsalted butter 110g
  • 4 Berry sugar 35g
  • 5 Condensed milk 5ml

Operational steps

  • 1 Mix the milk with sugar and put it in a small heat in a dairy pan until it melts. Turn off the heat when it melts.
  • 2 Melt and add light cream, yolk and condensed milk. Mix well.
  • 3 Egg juice can be filtered twice with a filter.
  • 4 Pour it into the purchased egg tart skin and fill it with 78 cents. The middle layer is 210 degrees for 25 minutes.
