Favorite Egg Pack Rice

The first time we cooked egg-packed rice, when we dug a mouthful and put it in our mouth, we were really deeply convinced.   • 4 cucumber

  • 10 Pepper

Operational steps

  • 1 Beat eggs with salt

  • 2 Cut vegetables into dices and shallots into onions

  • 3 First stir-fry the diced vegetables, then add rice, pepper and tomato sauce, and finally add onions and fragrance.

  • 4 Pour the egg liquid into the pan and burn it over a small heat until it is shown in the figure. Then pour in some rice and roll it into an egg-wrapped rice. Dont add more rice or it wont roll up. Finally, squeeze tomato sauce on the eggplant rice
