In my memory, this season when I was a child, the most common dish in my family is this eggplant, which is smooth, oily and not greasy. It is not meat dish but better than meat dish.
Food Material List
- 1 eggplant One
- 1 Cut eggplant. First cut it into two pieces, each with a slant cut, and then slant it in the opposite direction. Then cut it into segments and put it on a plate.
- 2 Chilli and garlic are cut into pieces.
- 3 Put twice as much oil (eggplant absorbs oil) as usual, stir-fry with chilli and garlic, stir-fry with a little water, stir-fry eggplant in a minute or so, stir-fry eggplant with half a bowl of water and cover for three minutes. Boil the lid, add soy sauce and salt, stir-fry slightly, add chili powder and spicy oil before boiling. Out of the pot!
- 4 Its too hot in summer. Mix a cucumber and clear eggplant with too much oil. Its a wonderful life to have food and drink, meat and fruit.
