- 1 Five-grain oats
- 2 Rice
- 3 Bagged tuna
- 4 Laver
- 1 Prepare the raw materials, wash the oats and white rice and soak them in clear water for 10 minutes.
- 2 Add 3-4 times water to the white rice and put it in the boiling pot. After the big fire is boiled, turn to the small one (two chopsticks are on the top of the pot, and the lid of the pot is on the chopsticks, so as not to spill the rice juice).
- 3 When porridge 8 is ripe, pour in laver and cook with chopsticks.
- 4 When the porridge is fully cooked, pour in proper amount of tuna meat and porridge, stir well and cook for 10 minutes. Add salt and monosodium glutamate to season and turn off the fire. (Bagged tuna comes from Xiaoxiao FB, thank you.)
