Five-spiced broad bean

Before the Spring Festival, my mother-in-law bought fava beans, but my father-in-law never liked them. He soaked them for several days and changed water. Think about it today and make five spices! Very good children like it, and drink!

Food Material List

  • 1 Broad bean 500g
  • 2 Star anise 1
  • 3 Pepper 3
  • 4 Chinese cinnamon 1 pieces
  • 5 salt 1 scoops
  • 6 Green Chinese onion at will
  • 7 ginger at will

Operational steps

  • 1 Wash the early soaked fava beans and put in proper amount of water.

  • 2 Add scallions, ginger, peppers, anise and salt. Cook over high heat for 15-20 minutes.

  • 3 After boiling the pot, take it out and put it into the pan to remove a little water.

  • 4 Deep-fry in a frying pan for about 10 minutes. Remove the oil. Cool and fry again over high heat. It will be crisp. Optional oven for 10 minutes.
