- 1 Cut the skin of fresh beans into cubes and cook them in boiling water with Flammulina velutipes and mung bean sprouts.
- 2 Cut lean meat into shreds and marinate for 10 minutes with cooking wine, salt and soy sauce.
- 3 Stir-fry the pickled lean meat shredded in oil pan
- 4 Roll up Flammulina velutipes, mung bean sprouts and lean meat shreds with bean skin and set them in a plate.
