Operational steps

  • 1 Cut the vegetables into small pieces, not too thin, sprinkle salt, knead until the juice is slightly out, and marinate the vegetables for five minutes (salty or light is mixed in the vegetables). Cut ginger into small pieces. Soviet sausage or Cantonese sausage is diced, soaked in a little material (aroma), and then poured out the excess yellow rice wine.
  • 2 Put a little salad oil (not recommended rapeseed oil and other heavy oil), stir-fry the sausage and ginger powder together for a while, then add the sausage oil to the green vegetables, stir-fry until the green vegetables come out, add chicken essence and sugar (no sweet taste, just fresh), and stir-fry for another minute. Keep it in reserve.
  • 3 Finally, as long as rice is washed out, the electric rice cooker is put in water that is equal to or slightly low with rice (see the situation of water coming out of vegetables, more juice, less water). The rice begins to cook. Two minutes later, add a spoonful of lard to the electric cooker. Pour the vegetable sausage (with vegetable juice) into the electric cooker. Mix the rice and vegetable well. Cover and continue cooking. After the display is boiled, simmer for another five minutes.
